Support the introduction of new policies and procedures by engaging stakeholders
Guide NUH staff on data and research compliance questions
Assess research and non-research requests to ensure they follow NUHS policies
Help set up and review IT procedures so controls align with the IT governance framework
Support the rollout of new user access policies and procedures with stakeholders
Run periodic reviews of the organisation-wide System Role-Based Access Matrix
Help resolve ID requests for clinical applications and research projects
Help develop a risk-based IT audit workplan and define review scope with the Institution CMIO
Work with stakeholders so audit activities cover key organisational risks and finish on time
Monitor and follow up on management action plans for control issues
Coordinate with the CIO Office to prepare IT audit artefacts and documentation for auditors
Assist with ad hoc projects such as investigations, policy and procedure reviews, and training
Engage stakeholders on troubleshooting, feedback management, and requirements gathering
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system issues and service requests promptly
Monitor system issues, track follow-up actions, and escalate where needed
Support user acceptance testing, system enhancement reviews, and validation of system changes
Maintain documentation, user guides, and support records for knowledge sharing
Provide IT systems support, including after-office hours and weekends when required Good to know 2-year contract After-office hours and weekend support may be required Based at NUH in Singapore Requirements Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates may apply Experience in IT management, healthcare, business analysis, audit, or compliance is an advantage Basic knowledge of IT governance, risk and compliance Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking Meticulous and analytical with good logical thinking and process flow skills Apply on the company website
