Design governance artefacts, assessment methodologies and operational processes
Help teams adopt responsible AI practices across the product lifecycle
Design and continuously improve governance processes for AI initiatives
Coordinate governance forums and decision-making mechanisms
Support governance reviews of higher-risk and higher-impact AI use cases
Develop governance playbooks, templates and operating procedures
Promote risk-based governance that enables safe experimentation and innovation
Identify emerging risks from AI technologies and adoption patterns
Develop practical approaches for assessing and managing AI-related risks
Coordinate AI incident reviews and lessons-learned processes
Track remediation actions and implementation of governance recommendations
Monitor governance effectiveness and propose improvements
