About the role

Drive analysis and deep dives on ambiguous business problems to deliver insights that guide team decisions. Own a broad scope of data and metrics, from core logging to polished data visualizations. Lead code reviews, contribute SQL and Python expertise, and maintain reliable ETL pipelines. Ensure statistical rigor in experimentation and causal analyses so results build confidence with stakeholders. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape roadmaps and improve consumer products.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Physics, CS, or similar) with 5+ years relevant experience, or PhD with 3+ years relevant experience
• Proven track record delivering impactful data science work in ambiguous problem spaces
• Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
• Practical expertise applying advanced modeling frameworks to real business problems
• Professional proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience working with digital products in an iterative development cycle
