Manage daily laboratory operations for environmental chemistry testing, ensuring samples are processed on time and results are accurate. Ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS, ISO/IEC 17025, company quality standards and EHS regulations, and support audits, CAPA and continuous improvement. Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and method verification, and review technical data and test reports. Lead strategic improvement projects, manpower planning, staff training and performance management. Liaise with management and clients on technical matters, test results and service quality.
