About the role

An internship with Keppel's Technical and Sustainability Services team, supporting asset enhancement and project management work within the real estate business. It suits someone keen to learn, think creatively and work with people across the value chain.

What you'll do

Help maintain databases for knowledge management, including vendor lists, A&A waivers submitted and obtained, and cost data
Support the day-to-day running of asset enhancement project management work, covering design management, procurement, construction, document management and defects management
Look into ways to automate or optimise processes using AI
Work with stakeholders across the value chain and build understanding of the real estate industry
