About the role

Join a startup incubated within an architecture firm, building AI-driven tools for the built environment. You'll work across the full product lifecycle, primarily developing web apps with TypeScript and Angular, while also shaping the product itself. This role suits an independent problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

What you'll do

Architect, design, and build high-quality software from prototypes to production and iteration
Develop Angular frontends and the RESTful APIs that support them
Manage your own time and contribute across all aspects of the software development lifecycle
Help set technical architecture and systems design standards for yourself and the team
Collaborate with engineers, product, design, architects, and clients to scope solutions that address real pain points
Use LLMs for coding but review and approve every line of code you push

Good to know

Work in the office five days a week, with flexibility to work from home when needed
Commitment to work-life balance and respecting boundaries

Requirements

Strong understanding of TypeScript and a frontend framework (Angular or React)
Good knowledge of databases, preferably Postgres
Experience with CI/CD, Git, deploying to cloud environments, and scaling production systems
Bonus: experience with Python
Bonus: experience with construction engineering or 3D modelling software
Strong communication skills
