About the role
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Front Office Manager. Coordinate appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements. Liaise between departments and help handle customer inquiries and problem resolution. Manage Front Office correspondence and maintain confidential filing.
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality or Business
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in administrative support in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
