About the role

Join the IT department of a large healthcare and eldercare organisation, reporting to the Head of IT. This role suits a highly organised, tech-savvy person who enjoys building structure, digital housekeeping, and using modern tools to speed up the team. You will act as a force multiplier, spotting process gaps and turning them into improvements.

What you'll do

Handle end-to-end IT procurement, including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking
Lead the development and upkeep of IT policies, SOPs, and committee Terms of Reference
Coordinate steering committees by managing agendas, tracking action items, and keeping momentum
Run IT training coordination, organising workshops and upskilling sessions
Create presentation slides for management updates and departmental showcases
Identify workflow improvements, automate manual tasks, and set efficiency standards

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Uses AI tools to draft, summarise, automate, and brainstorm
Meticulous and organised, comfortable with digital and physical housekeeping
Sound judgment to handle ambiguity with minimal supervision
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift
Quick to pick up new systems and processes
