About the role

This role sits within the corporate communications team of an architecture firm in Singapore, supporting the delivery of communication strategies that build brand, reputation and stakeholder relationships. You will work alongside internal stakeholders and the communications team to keep messaging consistent, run digital platforms, assist with media relations and coordinate corporate events. It suits someone with several years of communications, marketing or PR experience who is comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and guiding junior colleagues.

What you'll do

Help develop and roll out corporate communications strategies that match organisational goals.
Advise internal stakeholders on communications and keep messaging aligned across all channels.

Run the firm's awards programmes, including timelines, submissions and coordination with internal teams.

Write, edit and proofread corporate materials such as publications, award entries, media releases, web articles and EDMs.

Keep the website, intranet and social media platforms updated with accurate and timely content.

Contribute to brand content production, including corporate videos, marketing collateral and visual assets.

Support media relations by coordinating media requests and helping with coverage opportunities.

Plan and coordinate key corporate events to ensure smooth execution.

Guide and support junior team members on day-to-day communications work.

Requirements

5–8 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, marketing or public relations, including some supervisory responsibilities
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related discipline
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent writing, presentation and visual communication skills
Experience managing digital platforms, public relations and media relations
