Assistant VIP Services Manager (Executive Lounge)

What you'll do

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue room keys
• Set up guest accounts accurately and enter loyalty programme details
• Confirm rates match market codes and document any exceptions
• Secure payment before issuing room keys and verify or adjust billing
• Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists
• Complete cashier and closing reports, balance and drop receipts, and secure the bank at the start and end of shift
• Provide guests with directions and property information and follow up on their requests
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges, and obtain manual authorisations
• Notify Loss Prevention or Security of any reported theft
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counselling, motivating, and coaching employees, and serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy
