About the role
This role sits within Singtel Networks, working on roaming coverage and voice services for mobile customers. What you'll do
- Carry out IREG testing for VoLTE roaming and support new roaming partners and service launches
- Coordinate with sponsored roaming, roaming hub, bilateral partners and carriers to maintain roaming quality and resolve interworking issues
- Assist with initial diagnosis of problems and incidents and help resolve them where appropriate
- Manage roaming complaint SLA compliance and reporting, following up on incidents until service issues are resolved
