You will be the first point of contact for guests at Hilton Garden Inn Singapore, handling check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries throughout their stay. You will work with the hotels team to deliver a smooth and memorable stay for every guest.

What you'll do

Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys and providing welcome materials or bell service help
Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point-of-sale system accurately
Share knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information to answer guest enquiries
Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximise room and service revenue
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications

Requirements

Previous experience in a guest service or front office role in hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and front office procedures
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
