About the role

This is a senior global role for a fashion brand, based at its Singapore headquarters. You will lead integrated marketing planning and execution across international markets, shaping how the brand is experienced worldwide. It suits a strategic marketing leader with deep experience in fashion or retail who can balance global consistency with local relevance.

What you'll do

Own and lead the global integrated marketing calendar, aligning campaigns across digital, retail, PR and CRM channels.
Turn business objectives into multi-channel marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement and revenue growth.
Define brand positioning across international markets, balancing local cultural relevance with global consistency.

Develop market-specific execution strategies and positioning to strengthen brand equity.

Align with creative content, PR and corporate communications teams to turn vision into go-to-market plans.

Ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints online and offline.

Integrate campaigns across ecommerce, retail, social media, CRM and experiential channels.

Partner with UX, Ecommerce and Retail teams to align brand storytelling with the customer journey.

Leverage marketing technology to improve productivity and performance across global markets.

Act as the bridge between global HQ and local markets, supporting regional teams to execute with cultural nuance.

Build relationships across business units to ensure cohesive implementation and strategic alignment.

Take ownership of marketing plans for different markets, working with cross-functional teams to optimise offline and online sales.

Requirements

At least 10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing and brand strategy across global markets
Experience in fashion or retail industries is preferred
Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to identify, prioritise and articulate high-impact initiatives in complex global markets
Demonstrated team leadership and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
Ability to influence key stakeholders across multiple global markets and cultures
