About the role
This is a senior leadership position within Grab's Mobility business, focused on building and scaling an autonomous-first fleet operations unit. The role involves designing the operational structure, processes and culture needed to grow marketplace supply safely and efficiently, bridging centralised management functions with ground operations. It suits an experienced operations leader who can handle complex, multi-variable scaling in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Design the organisational structure, standard operating procedures and operational playbooks for the platform supply lifecycle, from AV partner management to vehicle supply and uptime.
- Apply Constraint-Based Scaling to identify and remove bottlenecks blocking fleet expansion, such as AV capabilities, real estate and long-lead-time DC fast-charging power upgrades.
