Manage the transfer of knowledge from country teams to the center
Recruit, lead and motivate the team, developing capabilities and supporting talent growth
Ensure operational excellence through KPIs and best-in-class service delivery
Build trust and cooperation with cross-functional and external partners including corporate and regional treasury, SBS, CFO, FBP, tax, legal and banks
Provide treasury support to local business and finance teams
Handle daily cash management and oversee the cashiering function including physical cash flows
Ensure affiliates have sufficient liquidity and optimise cash flow within the region
Manage the ICO AIS current account with DFT in Paris, including captive center posting, SAP intercompany netting and intercompany loans
Monitor free cash flow and working capital KPIs such as DSO, payment terms, overdue and DPO through cash reviews and action plans
Oversee monthly cash flow reporting and forecasting for Corporate Treasury, providing commentary on variances
Partner with business functions to promote a cash-oriented mindset
Ensure timely and accurate cash flow reporting including yearly budget and monthly rolling forecasts
Ensure timely and accurate financing and net debt reporting and forecasting
Manage trade finance instruments such as deposits, bank guarantees, letters of credit and performance bonds
Oversee cash positions for country A and B across applicable operations
Act as senior point of contact with banks, manage daily operational bank relationships and review contracts such as overdrafts and credit facilities
Supervise that bank fees align with agreed pricing
Manage foreign currency exposure in line with corporate treasury guidelines, including hedging, month-end revaluations and FX gain/loss control
Support intercompany reconciliations including ICS, transfer price adjustments, royalties, dividends and central cost charges
Handle financial and operational lease agreements such as real estate and car fleet, insurance activities and company credit card procedures
Participate in projects involving Requirements 10+ years of experience in corporate finance and treasury in multinational companies or banking Experience in senior finance roles in an international environment is a plus Proven management skills Leadership ability to guide teams, foster collaboration and drive results Advanced analytical skills, financial acumen and strategic thinking Experience collaborating with senior management, business and functional leaders Apply on the company website
