About the role

This is a one-year contract HR operations role based in Singapore, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You will be the main operational point of contact for new hires and stakeholders, handling work pass matters, HR system transactions and employee records. It suits someone detail-oriented and service-focused who enjoys keeping HR processes accurate, timely and compliant.

What you'll do

Run pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding activities as the key contact for stakeholders
Deliver Day 1 onboarding briefings on HR processes, company policies and employee support channels
Administer Work Permit and Pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations end to end

Maintain employee documentation, personnel records and HR data accurately and confidentially

Handle employee lifecycle transactions such as transfers, contract extensions, employment changes and offboarding

Coordinate HR operational matters with internal and external stakeholders and resolve employee issues

Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases to meet service standards

Uphold data integrity and compliance with HR policies, procedures and statutory requirements

Own assigned operational activities and support process improvements, system enhancements and HR projects

Prepare HR reports, correspondence and administrative documentation

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or HR Administration
Experience in onboarding, employee lifecycle management and HR system transactions
Hands-on experience in Work Permit/Employment Pass administration and compliance is an advantage
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information accurately
