About the role

This internship sits with the Talent Attraction team at NTUC Health, a co-operative providing health and eldercare services across Singapore. You will help drive recruitment, employer branding and early careers work, gaining hands-on exposure to talent acquisition. It suits a student in HR, business, marketing or communications who enjoys content creation and working with different teams.

What you'll do

Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and supporting hiring managers
Support internship and Institute of Higher Learning engagement, including career fairs, campus outreach and recruitment events
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and other HR databases

Handle recruitment administration and documentation

Produce marketing materials such as EDMs, posters, presentation decks, recruitment collaterals and digital assets

Develop and edit videos, reels and other multimedia content for recruitment and employer branding campaigns

Create content for employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media or digital recruitment platforms

Help plan and execute employer branding campaigns and talent attraction initiatives

Prepare materials and coordinate activities for new hire onboarding

Work with different HR teams on cross-functional and strategic HR projects

Assist with administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or a related discipline
Some experience creating marketing materials such as EDMs, social media content, videos or digital marketing assets through school projects, internships or extracurricular activities
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative with an interest in content creation and visual storytelling
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks
