About the role

An internship with the Talent Acquisition team at Richemont, supporting the Head of Talent for South East Asia and Oceania. You will help build a sustainable candidate pipeline and take an active part in sourcing, engaging and attracting future talent. It suits a HR student or recent graduate who enjoys research, communication and working closely with a team.

What you'll do

Source candidates through research, relationship building, LinkedIn searches and proactive management of candidate databases
Work with the TA team to develop and carry out tactical sourcing strategies
Support and manage several active searches, including screening resumes and applications to find suitable candidates

Act as an ambassador, sharing Richemont messages to attract and engage candidates and deliver a strong candidate experience

Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates, the TA team and hiring managers

Help keep candidate information and data accurate in internal systems, databases and trackers

Represent Richemont and its Maisons at external employer branding events and engage university partners to reach internship and fresh graduate candidates

Requirements

Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
Strong aptitude for talent acquisition
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Able to use various online and offline sourcing channels
Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Able to manage data analytics tools
