About the role

This role sits within the Internal Audit Division of a large aviation group, covering IT and cybersecurity risk domains across the group and its subsidiaries. You will carry out risk-based assurance and advisory reviews and report independently to Management and the Audit Committee. It suits an experienced IT audit or IT risk professional who enjoys analytical work and digital improvement.

What you'll do

Develop risk-based audit scope, objectives and strategies so the area under review is properly covered.
Plan and carry out audit fieldwork, assessing gaps in control design and operating effectiveness against IT policies, standards or best practice.

Review IT practices, infrastructure, cybersecurity and application environments across the group to surface risks and control gaps, and give practical recommendations.

Prepare detailed audit documentation and clear, concise reports for management and stakeholders.

Use data analytics and digital tools, including GenAI, for continuous audit procedures, spotting emerging risks and improving audit efficiency.

Support ad-hoc tasks and digital initiatives for the Internal Audit Division.

Good to know

Based in Singapore.
Travel to overseas stations or vendor sites may be required depending on assigned projects.

Requirements

University degree, preferably in computer science or a cyber security related field
Professional certification such as CISA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent is preferred
At least 3 years of working experience in IT security, risk management or audit
Experience with IT systems, databases, networks, cybersecurity and cloud technologies
Experience with data analytics and basic scripting such as Python is preferred
Good understanding of IT governance, security and risk management, IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC)
