About the role

You will provide architecture, engineering, management and lifecycle support for enterprise Windows, macOS and Linux client devices at a Singapore technology centre. Working as a multi-OS specialist, you will keep operational standards consistent across non-Windows and Windows estates and improve the cross-platform user experience. This role suits an experienced systems engineer who enjoys endpoint tooling, automation and fleet-wide upgrades.

What you'll do

Architect and engineer cross-platform client management solutions across Windows, macOS and Linux.
Lead engineering, configuration and application deployment for macOS and Linux desktop estates.
Manage operating system lifecycle roadmaps, major version upgrades and hardware refresh frameworks.

Maintain and tune management platforms including JAMF Pro, Canonical Landscape and cross-platform management agents.

Monitor multi-platform system performance, ensure client agent health and drive adoption of future workplace technology.

Structure zero-day vulnerability patching across non-Windows estates without disrupting developer workflows.

Define unified device compliance policies, configuration profiles and software catalog governance.

Deliver macOS and Linux engineering support, maintain client health and close platform gaps.

Query multi-platform telemetry, monitor agent enrollment stability and track hardware performance.

Build automated enrollment workflows, custom configuration profiles and self-service application catalogs.

Partner with security engineers to deploy EDR tools and disk encryption on macOS and Linux.

Debug operating system level issues, kernel extensions and system permissions across platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, system administration, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5–7 years of hands-on systems engineering experience managing mixed macOS, Linux and Windows endpoint fleets in enterprises
Advanced proficiency in JAMF Pro, Shell/Bash scripting, Python, Apple Business Manager and Linux desktop administration
Certified Jamf Pro Admin (CTA/CCA) or equivalent Apple/Linux professional certification is highly desirable
Deep knowledge of macOS internals such as plist, mobileconfig and zsh
Knowledge of Linux distributions including Ubuntu and RedHat desktop management
