About the role
This role sits in the People team at Dyson's St James Power Station headquarters and covers global mobility and immigration programmes across Asia Pacific and other markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders and employees on international assignments, permanent transfers, business travel compliance and immigration matters. It suits someone experienced in mobility or international HR who enjoys complex casework and stakeholder-heavy work.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end international assignments, permanent transfers, localisation arrangements and other mobility programmes
Serve as main point of contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders through the mobility lifecycle

Advise on mobility policies, relocation support, assignment structures, immigration requirements and compliance considerations
Run mobility consultations and pre-departure briefings covering compensation, benefits, relocation services, immigration and assignment expectations
Build partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Payroll, Tax, Legal and Finance teams
Work with immigration providers on timely, compliant work authorisation and immigration processing
Monitor immigration and mobility compliance across APAC and other assigned regions
Escalate and mitigate compliance risks while ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations
Support business traveller and remote work compliance initiatives
Manage day-to-day interactions with mobility vendors, monitor service delivery and feedback, and help resolve issues and improve service
Deliver employee support through the mobility journey, including tailored guidance for complex and senior-level moves and high-touch executive cases
Contribute to global mobility policies, procedures and governance frameworks
Take part in regional and global mobility projects such as technology enhancements, process optimisation and policy reviews

Role covers APAC and other assigned regions
Preferred experience includes APAC mobility programmes, international tax and employment considerations, HRIS and mobility systems such as Workday or Eqqus, and project management or mobility transformation work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration or expatriate management
Understanding of international assignment management, relocation programmes and immigration processes
Experience working with external mobility vendors and service providers
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
