Analyse current approaches to find opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project execution, materials, sourcing, workflows and costs
Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, articulating pros and cons, facts and figures
Help develop the supply chain plan, budget and trends, and control costs as a strategic partner
Monitor supply chain KPIs, produce monthly activity reports on time, ensure data quality and communicate effectively
Build relationships with executive management, functional and country leadership, and site management, reporting regularly on progress
