About the role
This is a senior architecture leadership role for a managed services or enterprise infrastructure organisation in Singapore. You will own end-to-end platform architecture across ServiceNow, network observability, automation and container infrastructure, and lead architecture and SRE teams. It suits an experienced architect who can turn technology into repeatable, commercially viable service offerings.
What you'll do
Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, network observability, automation and orchestration, and container infrastructure platforms.
Design scalable multi-tenant or single-tenant managed service platforms.
Establish integration patterns across ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM, Elastic observability/SIEM, and infrastructure telemetry.

Ensure platform alignment to security frameworks such as NIST and Zero Trust.
Architect ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB governance, service mapping and automation workflows.
Define the platform operating model and Dev/Test/Prod governance.
Drive ServiceNow as the single pane of operational truth and integrate it with the observability stack for automated incident correlation.
Architect telemetry ingestion pipelines for logs, metrics, traces and network flows.
Design an Elastic-based observability platform including Logstash/Beats, Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards.
Enable AIOps use cases for proactive detection and noise reduction.
Build use cases around network performance monitoring, private cloud visibility, telco/private mobile core observability and CII-grade monitoring.
Translate platform capabilities into market-ready offerings such as managed ITSM, managed observability, managed network and infrastructure, and automation-as-a-service.
Define service catalogues, SLAs/XLAs, operating models and tiered service packages.
Work with sales and pre-sales to position offerings, develop solution playbooks and create reusable reference architectures.
Own cost modelling and margin protection.
Lead and manage a team of domain architects across cloud, enterprise network, ServiceNow and observability/data platforms.
Establish an architecture governance board and define architecture standards and reusable reference patterns.
Mentor and develop senior architects and ensure cross-domain integration discipline.
Oversee the SRE team responsible for platform availability, reliability engineering, capacity planning and automation/self-healing.
Define the SRE operating model including error budgets, reliability KPIs and MTTR reduction targets.
Drive DevOps/DevSecOps alignment and embed an observability-first mindset.
Define skill roadmaps, identify gaps, develop hiring plans, build an internal platform centre-of-excellence and establish succession planning.
Establish architecture review boards, ensure CMDB integrity and data governance, embed observability into cybersecurity posture, and ensure platform scalability and resilience.

At least 15 years in enterprise infrastructure or managed services
At least 5 years in enterprise architecture leadership
Deep hands-on or architectural experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
Deep hands-on or architectural experience in Elastic Stack or network observability platforms
Deep hands-on or architectural experience in automation and event correlation
Experience designing managed service platforms
