About the role

This role sits within the Business Intelligence and Analytics team at the Singapore HQ, acting as the subject matter expert for BI solutions and analyses. You will collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to uncover insights that address business opportunities. It suits someone proactive, motivated, and comfortable bridging technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

Implement dashboards that satisfy end-user requirements
Maintain and manage advanced reporting, analyses, dashboards and other BI solutions
Own the structure, quality and management of large data volumes drawn from various business sources
Build and use custom queries, stored procedures and triggers to pull data from Microsoft SQL Server and Google BigQuery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or Statistics
At least 2 years developing dashboards in Tableau, including dashboard creation, report authoring, troubleshooting and data source management
At least 2 years managing a relational database system and writing complex SQL queries
Able to understand and explain complex data, and work effectively as a liaison between technical and non-technical groups
Willing to show initiative and take ownership of responsibilities
Able to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs at the same time
