About the role

This role supports the Patient Liaison Centre at NUH, handling enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments. You will coordinate referrals for outpatient appointments and make sure service standards are met. It suits someone organised, cheerful and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.

What you'll do

Resolve enquiries and requests coming through the Patient Liaison Centre in a timely and appropriate way
Work with external parties and internal departments to refer patients safely and appropriately for outpatient appointments, following hospital protocols and procedures
Take on other administrative duties as required at the centre

Requirements

Minimum Diploma holder
Pleasant and cheerful personality
Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous with good organisational and coordination skills
Able to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A team player
