About the role
This role sits within an international bank's insurance specialist team, working alongside Relationship Managers to grow insurance referrals and conversions. It suits an experienced insurance sales professional who can coach colleagues, manage client needs and keep sales activity on track.
What you'll do
Partner with Relationship Managers to hit referral and conversion targets
Run regular training, workshops and case studies for Relationship Managers on product knowledge, insurance pitches, processes and new ideas
Ensure sales targets are met
Develop ideas and action plans to lift sales activity and other financial drivers

Conduct fact-finding and insurance needs analysis for clients and offer timely advice and solutions
Maintain a systematic review process for existing policyholders
Attend to customer enquiries promptly
Provide regular reporting on leads, sales activity and pipeline cases
Work with internal partners such as Relationship Managers, fiduciary and credit teams, and external partners such as insurance providers, on case management
Lead by example, set tone and expectations, and build culture and values with risk and control partners
Follow money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit
Comply with all bank and external regulatory rules and controls
Adhere to FAA and good practices, including weekly or monthly coaching, meetings and required CPD hours
Display exemplary conduct and uphold the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
Take personal responsibility for ethics, regulatory and business conduct standards across the bank
Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters collaboratively

Key stakeholders include Priority International Banking Relationship Managers, Team Managers and insurance providers

Requirements
8+ years of relevant sales experience
M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certification preferred
Insurance sales experience preferred
Business communication skills
Insurance concepts and product knowledge
