Sr Patient Service Associate, Contact Centre / Quit Vape Helpl

This role sits within the contact centre team at the Institute of Mental Health, handling calls and enquiries across the General Enquiry line, Appointment line and Quit Vape Helpline. You will support patients and members of the public with information about IMH services while helping with registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection. It suits someone service-oriented, confident and keen on helping others, with strong communication and digital system skills.
