Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of Temasek's Voting Policy, market-specific guidelines and escalation framework to promote clear, consistent and effective voting practices.
Link governance insights with investment and capital markets perspectives, identifying how board effectiveness, management incentives and disclosure can strengthen investor confidence and support long-term value creation.
Use AI and technology to improve the efficiency, scalability and insight generation of voting processes and systems.
Engage and build relationships with institutional investors, proxy advisers, regulators, stock exchanges, governance bodies and other market participants.
Collaborate across the organisation and deliver guidance and training to strengthen stewardship and voting capabilities.
Requirements

Strong written, verbal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences
Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively across various stakeholders
