Analyse operational systems, workflows and methods to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Develop equipment layouts, workflow plans and accident prevention measures so that people and facilities are used safely, efficiently and cost-effectively. Identify and implement best practices across operational areas, and build a solid process foundation with good data integrity to support improvement. Carry out root cause analysis, develop solutions and corrective action plans, and coordinate building moves and equipment installation or removal. Track and report operational performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Other duties may be assigned.
