About the role

This internship sits with HP's regional product operations testing team for digital go-to-market, working alongside project managers, subject matter experts and business stakeholders. It suits a high-performing student who is organised, communicates well and enjoys coordinating testing work across functions. You will help keep project testing on track from planning through to delivery.

What you'll do

Enable testing across one or more functions and project teams, working closely with PMs, SMEs and business stakeholders.
Coordinate with PMs to define testing strategy, plans, schedules, deliverables and the support needed to complete testing to a high standard.
Stay involved through requirements, design and development phases so planning and cross-functional collaboration stay aligned with testing targets.
Support change management and help ensure project benefits are delivered as set out in project objectives.
Run regular core project testing review calls and provide dashboard reporting on testing progress.
Communicate testing progress and escalations, and carry out issues analysis for the project manager and team members.
Work with the project manager, project team members, cross-functional teams and business teams to complete full end-to-end testing within the defined scope, process and plan.
Help resolve issues that come up during testing and keep work aligned with project objectives, roadmaps and schedules.
Take responsibility for the quality of project deliverables so benefits are delivered with quality.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication, with strong business acumen, especially in ecommerce.

Full-time internship of 6 months or longer, starting January 2027.
Based in Singapore, South West.
No shift premium applies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
Able to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months or longer starting January 2027
Some experience with project planning tools and software to create, manage and track testing results
Able to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with mastery of English and the local language
