About the role

Join a 12-month accelerated graduate trainee programme in the operations department. You will take part in structured learning journeys, rotational assignments and development programmes. You will support strategic business, operational and regional projects, including cross-border collaboration. You will help develop, analyse and implement business and supply chain solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience. You will work with stakeholders across functions to identify improvements and present insights to management.

Requirements

Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognised institution
Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent
Less than two years of working experience; fresh graduates welcome
Active involvement in extracurricular, leadership, volunteer, sports, student association or community activities
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
