About the role

Join the culinary team at JurongHealth Campus, where patient care and service come first. You will help run kitchen operations and prepare meals for patients and catering events, so this role suits someone with solid F&B kitchen experience who works well in a team.

What you'll do

Help manage kitchen operations and processes following standard operating procedures
Plan and manage food preparation in the kitchen for patient meals and catering events
Assist with menu preparation and carry out quality checks
Ensure kitchen equipment is operated and maintained properly
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Help control food costs, supplies and labour

Good to know

Recognised culinary certificate is an advantage
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar F&B role required
Open, collaborative and supportive team environment
