About the role
This role sits with GovTech's product operations team, supporting the adoption and improvement of internal developer platforms such as SHIP-HATS, CStack and StackOps. It suits a final-year student or recent graduate who is curious about product management, data analytics or developer tooling and enjoys working with data and people. You will help track how these platforms are used, gather feedback and share success stories across the organisation.
What you'll do
Track adoption and usage metrics across SHIP-HATS, CStack and StackOps
Maintain dashboards and reports on adoption trends against total addressable market
Analyse data to spot ways to grow both new subsystem onboarding and feature usage
Support campaigns or pilots that drive adoption growth
Help design and manage feedback loops across support tickets, surveys, chat channels and training sessions
Turn user feedback into actionable insights for product teams
Contribute to mapping and improving the end-to-end user journey, from pre-onboarding through to exit feedback
Work with Product Ops leads to ensure users get timely responses and clear guidance
Gather evidence of how users benefit from the products, such as productivity or delivery speed gains
Compile success stories and usage summaries for internal sharing
Help prepare product updates, newsletters and roadmap announcements
Contribute to welcome campaigns and other outreach activities
Support coordination with Product Managers, Engineers and Enablement teams

Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in any discipline
Interest in product management, data analytics or developer tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Analytical and comfortable with data such as dashboards and spreadsheets
Curious, detail-oriented and keen to learn how public-sector platforms work at scale
Experience with Jira, GitLab or similar tools is a plus, not required
