You will be accountable for your own client book and work alongside platform managers, client services managers and product specialists. Build a pipeline of target market prospects and convert them into clients.
Grow the client portfolio by deepening existing customer relationships.
Implement asset allocation in line with client needs, using model portfolios as benchmarks.
Deliver, monitor and review solutions based on each client's investment profile.
Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts following established procedures.
Control costs and mitigate operational losses to deliver profitable growth.
Support continuous process improvement to raise operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Support management of operational risks across the business in line with internal policies and external laws and regulations.
Support delivery of business strategy in a safe, well-controlled and end-to-end manner.
Ensure sales management, suitability and onboarding processes are applied appropriately.
Collaborate with support functions, business partners and product specialists to deliver One Bank, support cross-selling and referral programmes.
Avoid reputational risks and operational losses by doing what is right.
Understand the risk and control environment in your area and drive rectification where needed.
Handle customer issues, complaints and product enquiries promptly in line with established procedures.
Ensure risk matters raised are remediated directly or reported adequately to relevant Risk Committees or line management.
Maintain awareness of the regulatory framework and requirements relevant to the role.
Uphold high standards of ethics and compliance with policies, processes and regulations.
Participate in the Local Client Committee and other relevant committees where applicable.
Engage with audit report findings and ensure feedback is acted upon.
