Experience Experienced About the role This is a senior culinary leadership role at Hilton Singapore Orchard, the largest Hilton property in APAC, overseeing multiple restaurants, banqueting, weddings and events. You will set the culinary direction across all outlets and lead a large kitchen brigade. It suits an experienced Executive Chef from a 4 or 5-star hotel or comparable restaurant background who is comfortable with both creative and commercial responsibility.

Build a high-performance, collaborative service culture
Drive engagement, accountability, succession planning and ongoing development
Plan workforce and rosters to balance productivity with service standards
Keep communication and collaboration strong within the department and across hotel functions
Oversee planning, preparation and presentation of food across all outlets
Maintain consistency in quality, recipe execution, portioning, presentation and brand standards
Lead menu development, seasonal offerings and culinary innovation based on guest preferences and market trends
Run regular tastings and quality reviews
Keep recipes, specifications and costing records accurate and up to date
Improve food offerings and concepts on an ongoing basis
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements
Conduct audits and inspections to uphold operational and sanitation standards
Work with Stewarding and other stakeholders on kitchen cleanliness and food safety

Lead culinary operations across outlets, banquets, catering and special events
