About the role
Lead the rollout of Smart Factory and digital manufacturing projects at a Singapore site, working end-to-end from planning to deployment. You will act as the site expert for integrated manufacturing systems, connecting MES, data historian and OT systems so production runs reliably. This suits an experienced project manager with a technical manufacturing systems background.
What you'll do
Lead and coordinate Smart Factory projects from planning through implementation and deployment, meeting agreed timelines, scope, budget and global standards.
Own project planning, schedule, cost, scope, resources, risks and dependencies, with mitigation and escalation where needed.
Lead project governance and stakeholder communication across site and global teams, including reviews, steering committee updates and decision forums.

Work with users and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs through design, development, implementation and execution.
Drive user adoption and change management, including communication, training and readiness.
Manage project priorities and backlog so resources stay focused on critical deliverables and risks.
Set up project execution routines such as team check-ins, progress reviews and follow-up on actions, issues and mitigation plans.
Provide technical leadership for end-to-end manufacturing system integration and connectivity, including system configurations and coding.
Lead MES implementation for new products, new production setups, CAPAs, enhancements and upgrades, ensuring right-first-time qualification.
Configure, optimise and support MES, data historian and OT connectivity systems, integrating equipment with digital systems.
Ensure manufacturing and equipment data for new production setups is complete, accurate and compliant in MES and data historian systems.
Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues to minimise downtime and improve IMS performance.
Provide subject matter expert support for deviation investigations and root-cause analysis.
Keep site implementation aligned with global Smart Factory architecture, design guidelines and technical standards.
Build site capability through knowledge transfer, coaching and technical upskilling.
Take part in global Smart Factory and digital manufacturing networks, sharing lessons and best practices.

Full-time role based in the City of Singapore.
You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, Digital/IT, Quality, Validation, MSAT, site leadership, global Smart Factory teams and external technology partners.
Requirements
Experience managing projects end-to-end, including scope, schedule, cost and risk
Technical knowledge of MES, data historian and OT connectivity systems
Able to lead system integration and configuration work
Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills
Able to support deviation investigations and root-cause analysis
Able to coach and upskill site teams
