Define pricing and promotion frameworks together with Strategy & Growth
Lead category reviews with supply chain, marketing, product and finance stakeholders
Work with Group Category Management to apply regional supplier agreements locally
Identify and develop new sub-categories or niche opportunities to widen assortment
Build and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers
Negotiate pricing, promotions and service-level agreements with suppliers
Build an assortment strategy covering staples, new brands and exclusive products
Use data on customer behaviour, sales velocity and basket composition to decide which SKUs to expand, reduce or rotate
