Check staff grooming and attire and fix any issues
Handle opening and closing duties such as setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors
Check storage areas for organisation, FIFO use and cleanliness
Complete scheduled stock counts and order necessary supplies
Watch dining areas for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being
Raise work orders for maintenance repairs
Help management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining and coaching staff
