Experience Some experience About the role This role sits with Satair's customer account and service management team, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers on repair, lease, exchange and warranty matters. You will work closely with repair stations, Airbus internal teams and external partners to keep material moving on time and to standard. It suits someone with after-sales supply chain or order management experience who is comfortable analysing problems and negotiating solutions.

Analyse and define the best service option for each customer, prioritising fast delivery when timelines are tight
Track material order activity using KPIs and prepare activity reports for customers, account teams and management
Run follow-up sessions and calls with repair stations to keep shop processing and turnaround times on target
Track actions so agreed improvement plans and targets are met
Keep the Head of ASOMRS, service managers and repair shop liaison managers updated on repair station performance
Issue and manage repair and warranty orders to approved suppliers and repair stations
Proactively update internal and external customers on order and claim status
Manage cross-functional links with repair service management, AOG, supply management, customer resolution, account directors, quality and finance
Maintain accurate customer records in the relevant systems
Make independent decisions to keep material delivery on time
Raise and drive first-level escalations when material needs are not met, working with operational teams until resolved
Handle other duties as required by evolving business needs
Suggest and drive efficiency improvements internally and with repair stations
Organise and take part in regular account meetings with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Support other account teams and regions when workload priorities require it
Track and report political or market conditions, including competitor activity, that could affect competitiveness Good to know Fixed term contract Flexible working arrangements are supported where possible Requirements Diploma, with a degree in aeronautics or aeronautical engineering preferred At least 3–5 years in customer order management, supply chain or a similar after-sales role Good knowledge of repair management Working knowledge of SAP Strong analytical, numeracy and critical thinking skills Good business acumen and negotiation skills Benefits Flexible working arrangements where possible Apply on the company website
