This role supports the infection control nurses at JurongHealth Campus in running infection control programmes, helping keep the hospital environment safe for patients and staff. What you'll do

Schedule meetings and book room venues
Write minutes for Infection Control Nurses and Infection Control Link Nurses meetings
Coordinate refreshment orders and liaise with in-house kitchen services or external caterers for meetings and hospital events
Assist with and conduct PPE training, mask fitting and hand hygiene audits for new hires
Disseminate circulars, memos and other information, and maintain files
Answer phone calls, handle enquiries and convey messages
Maintain Infection Control web pages on the intranet
Email various departments about mask fitting exercises and infection control programmes
Handle logistics and order department supplies
Input data and maintain confidential databases for infection control programmes
Track documents needing action so responses are submitted on time
Follow up on monthly statistics and other reports
Take part in hospital and infection control projects, including logistics with relevant departments and staff
Join workgroups to improve infection control practices across nursing departments
