About the role
You will oversee infrastructure and facilities upkeep at assigned bus depots, interchanges and operational sites, working with contractors and service providers to keep everything safe and running. The role suits someone with a few years of facilities or building maintenance experience who is comfortable supervising works across several locations.
What you'll do
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day infrastructure and facilities maintenance across assigned bus depots, bus interchanges and operational premises
Carry out routine inspections of buildings, facilities, equipment and common areas to confirm they are safe and operational
Spot defects, maintenance issues and safety hazards, and arrange timely rectification with contractors and service providers
Track completion of preventive, corrective, breakdown and ad-hoc maintenance works against prescribed standards and schedules
Supervise outsourced contractors and service providers handling maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, security and other facilities services
Monitor contractor performance, service standards, attendance and compliance with contract requirements
Verify completed works, endorse service reports and ensure defects or service shortfalls are fixed promptly
Coordinate site meetings, inspections and work permits for contractors on maintenance and project works
Raise asset requests, purchase requisitions, service requests and purchase orders for facilities needs
Monitor contractor work orders, service reports, invoices and supporting documents for processing and payment
Keep accurate records of assets, maintenance activities, contracts, permits, drawings and statutory certifications
Monitor daily diesel operations and fuel consumption records at assigned bus depots
Verify diesel issuance, stock reconciliation and related documentation
Ensure facilities operations follow company policies, regulatory requirements and safety standards
Take part in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
Monitor utilities consumption and identify cost savings and operational improvements
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Infrastructure & Facilities Management

Site supervision is required across multiple locations
Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, infrastructure operations or contractor supervision
Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and safe work practices
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and facilities administration documentation
Able to work independently and perform site supervision across multiple locations
