About the role
This role sits within the HR Services team at Marina Bay Sands, based at Centennial Tower. You will handle licensing and absence management work for team members, and it suits someone organised who enjoys process-heavy HR operations.
What you'll do
Coordinate with external parties on licence processing, exemption requests and process improvements

Handle Special Employee Licence matters with the Gambling Regulatory Authority, including submissions, clarifications and enquiries
Administer applications, cancellations and renewals for Category A, B and C1 Special Employee Licences
Work with HR Services on new joiners who signed employment agreements, non-joiners and follow-up on application forms or withdrawals
Process licence pass requests and issuance for gaming and non-gaming licences
Partner with Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partners on team member movements such as transfers, promotions, name or title changes and exits, and ensure Certificates of Competency are submitted on time
Advise internal departments on how licence requirements affect their team members' work
Compile and submit the monthly levy exemption request listing, and keep the levy exemption master list updated
Develop and conduct training on Special Employee Licence conditions
Notify the regulator within the required timeline when a team member is deployed to or ceases an Executive Senior Management function
Monitor team member time-off and leave, act on absence alerts, handle retroactive leave requests and validate time-off against holiday calendars and work schedules
Assist with payment of AREU fees for eligible team members
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
