About the role
This role supports the workplace team at JLL offices in Singapore, helping build a sense of community and making it easy for people to work on-site. You will work with the operational team to deliver facilities and workplace services that match the company's Future of Work approach, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. It suits someone who is approachable, responsive and enjoys linking people with solutions.
What you'll do
Provide strong customer service to meet on-site client expectations
Help manage contractors on site and check that their work meets required standards
Assist with procuring vendors and services
Support financial processes so requirements are completed on time and accurately
Carry out regular audits to check safety procedures are followed
