You will manage day-to-day facilities management operations, maintaining plant equipment, electrical distribution boards and switchgear rooms. You will conduct routine inspections of M&E equipment and adjust lighting controls. You will handle installation works such as lighting and power points, and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance is done according to specifications and schedules. You will also monitor utilities consumption and respond to internal stakeholders' feedback.
