About the role

Lead the Payments engineering team, setting strategy for card payments across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. Manage and mentor engineers, drive technical productivity and reliability, and oversee key processes. Recruit engineers and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives. Work with other leaders to shape Stripe's card payments strategy.

Requirements

3+ years of engineering management experience
8+ years of full-time software development experience
Track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring engineers
Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Commitment to high operational rigor
Experience building scalable software solutions
