About the role

This role sits within a supply chain and operations team, focusing on analytics and process improvement. You will track performance metrics, spot inefficiencies, and support senior colleagues in shaping supply chain strategy. It suits someone with a few years of experience or a relevant degree who enjoys data-driven problem solving.

What you'll do

Perform analytics to identify causes of minor supply chain issues using established rules, policies, and processes.
Track supply chain metrics to gauge how well operations initiatives work, and report progress to senior management regularly.
Spot inefficiencies and bottlenecks in supply chain and operations processes, then flag them to senior individual contributors.
Review performance regularly to find ways to improve supply chain strategies.
Assist experienced team members in building overall supply chain strategies that align with long-term organisational goals.
Take part in a project or cross-functional team as a member with a peer-review role.
Support senior team members by carrying out groundwork analysis used to create strategic supply chain solutions.
Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to find opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.
Keep meticulous records, maintaining a comprehensive documentation trail of all activities and results from supply chain strategy projects.

Requirements

Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience
