About the role

This role leads and coordinates security operations for Certis Land Security, overseeing an operations centre and managing a team to deliver efficient, effective services. It suits experienced leaders, including former SAF Commissioned Officers or SPF Senior Officers, who are self-motivated and thrive in a collaborative, improvement-focused environment.

What you'll do

Manage and inspire the operations team to meet performance standards
Direct and coordinate operations centre activities, including planning, deployment and tracking of security operations
Serve as the central contact for security incidents, prepare detailed reports, initiate follow-up actions and update management
Provide additional operational support to the management team
Train and supervise the operations team on procedures and SOPs, fostering continuous improvement
Participate in short and long-term organisational planning and strategy discussions
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, regulators and other stakeholders

Good to know

May be required to work a 12-hour rotating shift

Requirements

Diploma or degree from a recognised institution
Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force are highly encouraged to apply

Proven leadership experience managing a team across geographic locations
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
Team player with high initiative and resourcefulness
