About the role

You will support organisation-wide transformation efforts by working closely with stakeholders to track initiatives, synthesise insights, and support implementation and follow-through. Your responsibilities include collecting and consolidating information on ongoing transformation initiatives, cleaning and analysing data to derive meaningful insights, and preparing materials for management updates. You will build relationships and coordinate with stakeholders such as product teams, policy owners, and implementation departments to understand needs and gather feedback. You will also support governance and policy alignment work, change management activities, and staff communications, engagement, and training.
