About the role

An internship with the HR team at CapitaLand, supporting day-to-day HR operations and helping roll out people initiatives. The role sits with the Human Resources department and would suit someone keen on talent management and organisational development work.

What you'll do

Help maintain and update content on the Ascott career page using Adobe Experience Manager
Support the revamp of the Ascott career page to improve the experience for candidates and HR staff, including training cluster HR staff on the job posting process
Support an enhancement project for the HR Orientation Mobile Application
Help coordinate and run employee engagement activities such as pulse surveys, townhalls and employee-centric events
Create infographics or internal communication messages for employees
Track and audit staff advocacy posts on social media platforms
