About the role
Join Scoot's Cadet Pilot Programme and undergo a customised co-funded training course at a preferred training college. You will train towards a Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) or 'Frozen' ICAO ATPL, then complete base and line training to become a Second Officer or Junior First Officer. Candidates must be committed to a minimum 18–24 months of consecutive training with no disruptions, followed by a 6-year training bond. We seek individuals with a passion for aviation, diligence, and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimally 18 years old
Legally entitled to work in Singapore upon completion of training
Min GCE 'O' level with at least 5 Credits at one sitting, including English, Mathematics, and a Science subject (preferably Physics)
Qualify for Class I & II unrestricted medical certification as approved by CAMB
Good visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6, and not colour blind
Willingness to serve a compulsory bond period
